1. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract for digital content once the performance has begun, with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

2. Digital Scripts

Purchased scripts are non-returnable and non-refundable digital files. Once payment is completed and access is granted, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. XML Data Processing Services

These services are considered digital services that are automatically performed after payment and cannot be canceled or refunded after execution begins.

4. Finality of Payment

All purchases are final. By placing an order, you:

– expressly agree to the immediate delivery of digital content or services,
– acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal upon fulfillment,
– accept the non-refundable nature of the transaction.
